The proposed contract is for project MDY 94-0201, Construct Propane/Air Mixing Plant at Moody AFB, GA, which consists of, but is not limited to furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, etc., to construct propane/air mixing plant to deliver 42 million BTUH, including two 30,000 gallon storage tanks. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with specifications and drawings. This will be a firm-fixed price contract with 200 calendar days performance time. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contractors desiring to be placed on the bidders mailing list for this solicitation package will be required to pay a fee of $13.88 per package. Requestors should submit a certified or cashiers check made payable to the U.S. Treasury with their written request to Contracting Squadron/LGCC, 4380B Alabama Road, Moody AFB GA 31699-1794.
