The Government intends to add four twelve month options and one seven month option to extend Contract DAAH03-92-C-0054 with AT&T Federal Systems Advanced Technologies for maintenance of the Tarheel Army Missile Plant located in Burlington, North Carolina, including maintenance and repair, custodial services, utilities, grounds maintenance services and security services for the period April 1, 1997 through October 31, 2001. This acquisition is made under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
