The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to make a contract award for the removal, proper disposal, and replacement of approximately 4800 linear feet of perimeter security fence at the Federal Correctional Institution, Memphis, Tennessee. The requirements under this solicitation shall include the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise to remove the existing fence fabric and replace with 9 gauge, 12 foot high, chain link, galvanized, steel fence. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work. This procurement action will be set-aside for small business concerns only. The issuance date for the Invitation for Bid is December 16, 1996, with a Bid opening date scheduled for January 16, 1997.
