Z -- HVAC EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT, CAMP PIKE AFRC, NL ROCK, AR SOL DABT39-97-B-0011 DUE 033197 POC Contract Specialist Ramon Rodriguez (405) 442-4315 Furnish all the required labor, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, and incidentals to replace HVAC equipment. The work to be performed includes the following principal features: Remove existing Boiler, Heating Water Pump, Air Handling Units(2), Air Cooled Condenser, Compressor Chiller, Convectors (4), Unit Heaters (9) and Fan Coil Units (10). Provide new Boiler, Air Cooled Chiller, Chilled Water Piping System, Heating Water Piping System, Air Handling Units, Chilled Water Pump, Heating Water Pump, Fire Dampers, Manual Change Over Valves and Convectors. Remove and replace HVAC Control System for items mentioned above. Provide electrical equipment and materials as indicated in the plans, as specified in the specification, as required by particular conditions at the sites, and as required to conform to the specified standards and codes in order to complete the electrical systems in a neat and satisfactory manner. Estimated issue date is February 28, 1997. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder. Such fees shall be in the form of check or postal money order payable to the U.S. Treasury and mailed to Directorate of Contracting, Contract Support Division, ATZR-QD (Ramon), PO Box 33189, Fort Sill, OK 73503-0189. This project is unrestricted and ranges between $100,000 and $250,000. (0017)
