The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement with Rockwell International Corproation, Collins Avionics and Communications Division (CACD) of Cedar Rapids, IA to provide Interface Control Units (ICUs) and associated technical services, materials, spares, contractor support and supplies need to support the H-46 Seaknight helicopter program. Rockwell is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the Interface Control Unit and is only firm with the necessary knowledge, data, equipment, and experience to perform this effort.
