44 -- FLUID BED INCINERATOR CYCLONE SOL DAAA03-97-R-0024 DUE 022697 POC Thaddious Kee, Contract Specialist, 501/540-3040. Contractor is to provide Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) with a fluid bed cyclone to be used as a replacement to the existing fluid bed cyclone. This cyclone shall meet the airstream characteristics of the current cyclone -- details to be provided in the solicitation. The cyclone shall be furnished with necessary hardware to install standard brick refractory after installation at PBA. Installation will not be a part of the instant proposed contract. The contractor will be responsible for design of the cyclone to meet both the physical arrengement of the current cyclone and to provide airstream characteristics. The general physical dimensions of the current cyclone will be shown on PBA drawing number MME-FBI-200, sheets 1 thru 3. This will be a best value acquisition. Delivery will be approximatley 180 calendar days after contract award date. Project is F.O.B. Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas.
