The Contractor shall furnish the following commercial parts with Item 1. 1) Description: Viton O-ring to fit 12" blank-off flanges; Quantity: 3 each. 2) Description: Viton O-ring to fit 52" blank-off flanges; Quantity: 3 each. 3) Description: 7/8" 9NC"x3", 304 s.s. nuts; Quantity: 12 each. 4) Description: 3/4" 10NCx4", 304 s.s. nuts; Quantity: 22 each. 5) Description: 7/8" 9NCx3", 304 s.s. bolts; Quantity: 12 each. 6) Description: 3/4" 10NCx4", 304 s.s. bolts; Quantity: 12 each. Specification 067931: a. Government-furnished Property: 1. Within 10 calendar days after date of award of contract, the Government will furnish and delivery, transportation paid to the Contractor's plant, two dome head with flanges. 2. All Government-furnished property shall be returned to the NASA Lewis Research Center with the completed job. B. Specification: 1. The Contractor shall contact the NASA representative after cutting off flanges on dome heads, of the condition of heads for disposition. 2. The Contractor shall note that the 12" blank-off flanges shall have a 1/4" nominal O-ring groove with 14" I.D. 3. The Contractor shall note that the 52" blank-off flanges shall have a 1/4" nominal O-ring groove with 54" I.D. Delivery to Cleveland, Ohio 44135. Delivery schedule is 50 calendar days after contract award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. Award shall be made to that offeror who meets all requirements in the Specification/Statement of Work and whose proposed price is determined to be the lowest overall cost to the Government. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 3443.
