The contract will be a 1 year basic contract with 4 -- 1 year options, see the solicitation for specific details. Delivery to Cleveland, Ohio 44135. The date set for receipt of proposals is approximate. This procurement is a 100 percent small business set-aside. All interested parties may submit information for evaluation of their capabilities to the above named individual prior to the closing date of this synopsis. The solicitation will be released via the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS). The solicitation will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using client browsers, such as MOSAIC or Netscape. The solicitation will be released on or about 02/03/97. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the NAIS for solicitation release, since it will be issued as soon as practicable, whether prior or subsequent to the above date.
