This work will consist of Economic analysis, public involvement, literature review, plan formulation, design, cost estimating, site investigation/mapping, drafting, report writing, and quality assurance/quality control for flood damage reduction, navigation, coastal protection, water supply and environmental restoration and multi-purpose water resource studies and projects. Proposed procurement will result in a fixed priced requirements contract with option to extend for one additional year.
