Bonner, Contract Specialist (216) 838-6091 Provide all labor and materials necessary to perform annual preventive maintenance inspections on two (2) York, Type R, 150 HP, Air Conditioning Compressors. Contractor shall completely disassemble units, including removal of crankshaft and main bearings and determine clearances by use of micrometers and dial indicators. Assembly and disassembly shall be performed in accordance with York maintenance specifications. The contract will have a contract term of one base and two (2) 12 month option periods. All responses submitted from responsible sources in accordance with this publication will be fully considered. Telephonic responses will not be accepted.
