This synopsis was orginally publicized in the CBD dated December 24, 1996. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is amending request for application no. USAID/Kiev 97-01. This amendment addresses changes regarding, 1) the number of copies of the technical and cost/business application required to be submitted, 2) a requirement to also submit copies of the application to USAID/Washington, and 3) a change in the spacing requirement for the technical application from 50 double spaced pages to 50 single spaced pages.
