The contractor shall provide management, supervision, manpower, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide transcription of audio tapes of administrative hearings in accordance with a prescribed format and within the designated timeframe of one, five or ten days. The contractor shall be required to provide for the pick-up of tapes and return of transcripts to the Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) offices in Falls Church, Virginia. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price requirements type contract with a period of performance of base year (twelve months) with four, 1- year option periods. The base year estimated quantity is one day delivery 13,805 pages, five day delivery 55,000 pages and for ten day delivery 600,000 pages.
