The concessionaire will provide products or services of a quality satisfactory to the Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality, (NAFI), manager or his or her duly authorized representative. At concessionaire's expense, obtain all permits, give necessary notices; pay all license; and comply with all municipal, perfectural, and national laws, rules, ordinances, and regulations, and any publication published by the military relating to public health or applicable to the business carried on under this agreement; and assume complete and sole liability for all national, state, and local taxes applicable to the property, income, and transactions of the concession. As a minimum, concesionaire will pay the NAFI a sum equal to: 38% of gross sales up to and including $75,000.00, and 42% of all gross sales in excess of $75,000.00, at all food, beverage (60% at all alcohol stands), and ice cream stands; $1.00 for each Open House/Air Show program sold, and a sum equal to 38% of all gross sales ofall novelty and related merchandise; or a guaranteed sum of $15,000.00, whichever is greater. The above mentioned percentages include 10% commision to be paid to the volunteer labor that will be tasked to staff the concession locations. "All offers will be considered.
