The Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (BMDO) plans to issue a sole source contract to Booz, Allen & Hamilton to continue scientific, technical and administrative support services under contract SDIO84-91-C-0034 for a period of five months from April 1, 1997 through August 31, 1997. This continuation of services is required due to the cancellation of the procurement entitled "System Engineering and Technical Assistance Services for the Science and Technology Directorate" (Solicitation HQ0006-96-R-0009), as a result of revisions to the Governments requirement. CBD announcement BMDO 97-06 for sources sought for the follow-on was issued on December 19, 1996. BMDO intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the follow-on procurement in early 1997.
