Contract Specialist, Michael Turner, (301) 415-6535 The Contract shall furnish the necessary personnel, facilities, materials and services to conduct a five (5) day, forty (40) hour training course entitled, "Motorized Valve Actuator Course. "The course shall provide NRC Inspectors and Supervisors with technical information and hands-on experience on the operation and maintenance of motorized valve operators with primary emphasis on Limitorque valve actuators. The course objective is to improve the students ability to conduct in-depth inspections and design reviews to determine whether or not such components meet applicable codes and standards. A Fixed-Priced Requirements contract is anticipated. The period of performance is one (1) year with four (4) one (1) year renewable option periods. Proposals for this requirement may be submitted by all concerns, i.e., large businesses, small businesses, and small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. A source list comprising the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of all concerns requesting a copy of the solicitation, with large businesses identified by an asterisk, will be provided with the solicitation. In order to identify large businesses on the list, a request for the solicitation should indicate the size of the business based upon a SIC code of 8999. The size standard for this solicitation 5.OM.
