Y -- C-17 ELECTRICAL SUBSTATION, MCCHORD AFB, WA SOL DACA67-97-B-0021 DUE 032097 POC Contract Specialist James K McGrain (206) 764-6588 (Site Code DACA67) This project includes construction of a new prefabricated concrete 20 MVA electrical substation ("H" tower), with automatic circuit switchers, 115kV metering transformers, a 12 MVA transformer, 15 kV metalclad switchgear, and associated protective relays and surge arresters. Concrete foundation (spread footings and slab on grade) shall be provided for the tower, switchers and transformers. Sitework includes all weather access gravel roads, transformer pad drainage system, roadways and yard grading for the construction and maintenance equipment, and security fencing. Plans and specs available on or about 20 Mar 97 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
