This intended to be a sole source aquisition. Challenges to this procurment must contact this office in writting no later than 15 FEB 1997. Any firm who can provide a Static Blade Balance Fixture for CH-47 D's must be meet two criteria to be preliminarily considered. First, Static Blade Balance Fixture must be approved for use by individual units by the Department of Army's Air Training Command, (ATCOM).
