CORRECTION: This action was originally publicized in the CBD approximately January 16, 1997 and is corrected to read as follows: Product is Paracentric Dead Bolt Lock and Accessories for delivery to UNICOR FCI Pekin, ILL. Bid closing date and time remains unchanged (February 3, 1997 at 2:00 p.m.). This is Amendment No. 0001 to Synopsis/Solicitation RFP 1PI-R-0689-97. The quantities for Line Items 0001 through 0005 are changed to read 5,000 each in lieu of 2,000 each and Line Item 0006 is changed to read 1,500 each. In addition, the delivery schedule is changed to read that the offeror must be able to delivery a minimum of 100 locks within 30 to 45 days ARO and 100 locks each week thereafter. The delivery order limitations quantities are changed to read: Minimum quantity is 50 each per delivery order and Maximum is 500 per delivery order.
