The requirement is for approximately 20 million Contraceptive Vaginal Foaming Tablets (VFT) with an option to increase the quantity up to 50 percent of the basic amount. Delivery will be in equal increments over a 12-month period with options for an additional four years. The VFT's must be USFDA approved and manufactured in the United States. They must dissolve and disperse through a foaming action and not at all by melting. Instructions for use are required in English, Spanish, French, and Arabic.
