Concerns having the ability for providing Comprehensive Sanctions Center services for male and female federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence anf medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, presvriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the shall be in the Columbia, South Carolina area, including the county of Richland. Operational hotels/motels will not be considered as a physical plant for this requirement. Estimated total number of mandays are 21,170 for the base period, 11,315 for option year one, 12,045 for option year two and 12,775 for option year three. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a February 14, 1997, estimated closing date is o/a April 15, 1997. Contract base perios is 24 months with three one-year options to renew.
