HUD intends to award a contract for Real Estate Property Closing Agent Services within the geographic areas of WAYNE, OAKLAND, MACOMB, MONROE, LENAWEE, LIVINGSTON, WASHTENAW, and ST. CLAIR counties in the jurisdiction of the HUD Detroit, Michigan State Office. The initial term of the contract will be for one (1) year with two-one year options. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 6531. The size standard is $1.5 million average annual sales or receipts (*) for the proceeding three (3) years. (*) As measured by total revenues, but excluding funds received in trust for an unaffiliated third party, such as bookings or sales subject to commissions.
