These interior and design services are for the Environmental Protection Agency's new Headquarters office space located in the Washington DC area. The purpose of this procurement is to obtain the full spectrum of services related to interior design (through design intent), technical coordination and review and management of on-going construction activities. These activities shall take into account and address applicable environmental issues such as Indoor Air Quality, Energy Conservation, Water Conservation, Recycling and Pollution Prevention.
