Contractor is to provide all contract work force and equipment required to perform a consolidated service activities type contract for cleaning, refuse collection and removal, temporary toilet facilities, facility and area mowing, and herbicide application services at Belton, Stillhouse Hollow, Georgetown, and Granger Lakes. The terms of the contract will consist of a one-year base period and three (3) one-year renewal options. RFP will issue on or about 03 March 1997. The size standard for this procurement is for a small business with annual sales/receipts not in excess of $8.0 million for the last three preceding fiscal years.
