Provide all plant, labor, materials, and transportation required to replace the utility system at corrosion control facility 262 in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings for project no. eepz90-0058. Work of this contract comprises general construction including mechanical and electrical work required for air conditioning and lighting modifications to facility 262, Columbus Air Force Base. Construction includes approximately 200 square feet of new addition to the building and a new compressed air system. Period of performance is 165 calendar days. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The proposed acquisition listed here is being issued unrestricted. Funds are not presently available for this project, no award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after bid opening, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
