Demolition work includes the existing steam line, which is insulated with asbestos containing materials, and removal of existing aerial telephone, EMCS and CCTV cables and poles. EMCS cable will be replaced and with the CCTV cable run in the new duct. Existing steam line has to be operational while the new steam line is being constructed. Plans and specs available on or about 25 Feb 97 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted. Refer to IFB Number DACA67-97-B-0023 when ordering. Requests must be in writing and must be received before bid documents will be mailed.
