Must have capability to interoperate with low band VHF-FM radio sets. Harris PN: AN/PRC-117D(C) and battery chargers and cases to match radios. The requirement for radios to meet the JCS mandate requiring mandatory DAMA in military satellite communication transceivers, as announced in previous announcement, is deleted. The government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Harris RF Communication Division, 1680 University Avenue, Rochester, NY 14610.
