70 -- SOFTWARE SUPPORT, RFI DUE 021097 POC Joanne Tarr Tel: (410) 965-9474 The Social Security Administration (SSA) is attempting to identify vendors that can provide maintenance/support for agency/site licenses on the following Compuware Corporation's proprietary software products: ABEND-AID/MVS, ABEND-AID/SPF, CICS ABEND-AID/FX, FILE-AID/BATCH, FILE-AID/EX and FILE-AID/SPF. Support shall be required for at least one year, with options for an additional fours years. These Compuware Corporation software products are currently licensed and installed on all mainframe systems located in the SSA's National Computer Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Firms having the capability to provide the required maintenance service/support for the licensed software are invited to submit product literature with complete details attesting to the capability of your firms' ability to meet this requirement. In addition, the responses must clearly state the ability to provide the necessary maintenance/support services required for the above stated software products within 30 days of receipt of an order for such services.
