This acquisition will be made under the Economy Act in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)17.5. The services will be provided under the terms and conditions of a Basic Ordering Agreement issued under FAR 16.7. The specific services to be provided include access to the Lexis-Nexis data base, the Information American data base, and to Westlaw legal files. The services will be provided to the U.S. Customs Service Library and Information Center, 1301 Constitution Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20229 and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, 2070 Chain Bridge Road, Vienna, Va. 22182. The period of performance will be from date of award through September 30, 1997. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. (0023)
