NETHERLANDS: DRAFT ORDER ON BULB-PLANTING AREAS WHICH DO NOT CONTAIN ANY FERTILIZER, CROP OR CROP-PROTECTING AGENT The following notification is being circulated in accordance with Article 10.6. ICS numbers may be provided in addition, where applicable): The products referred to in the Order; application equipment (Article 1, paragraph 2, point h of the draft Order), pneumatic applicator (Article 1, paragraph 2, point i), guards (Article 1, paragraph 2, point j), side nozzle (Article 1, paragraph 2, point l), spraydrift-free nozzle (Article 1, paragraph 2, point m) and canopy (Article 1, paragraph 2, point n). 5. Description of content: The present Order contains a number of prohibitive orders regarding the use of plant-protecting agents and fertilizers on or in bulb-planting soil. 7. Objective and rationale: The aim of the present Order is to encourage firms (bulb-growers) to operate their businesses in such a way as to prevent spraydrift deposits of plant-protecting agents and fertilizers from entering into surface water. 8.
