Service contract for all fees, labor, packaging, transportation and disposal of compressed gas cylinders located within the Eastern United States. Solicitation SP4400-97-R-0054 will be issued on or around 14 Feb. 97. Approximated closing date is 21 Mar 97. This will be a requirements contract from the date of award through an eighteen (18) month basic period and two-twelve (12) month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of delivery orders against the basic contract. Special qualifications: Prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances and regulations governing handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection.
