Services for this procurement include investigations, training, alternative disputes resolution, counseling, reference material, preparation of an analysis and recommended final agency decision, issuance of recommended finalagency decision, and inquiry on allegations of noncompliance with settlement agreements and notices of intent to Sue under age discrimination in employment act. GSA anticipates issuing the solicitation on or about February 7, 1997, with a closing date on or about April 1, 1997. This is a task and delivery order multiple award federal supply schedule for a five year period with contracts to be effective October 1, 1997.
