On the following screen, select "Download Available USAID Solicitations". The RFA text can be downloaded via Anonymous File Transfer Protocol (FTP). The FTP address is FTP.INFO.USAID.GOV. Logon using the user identification of "anonymous" and the password is your e-mail address. Look under the following directory for the RFP: pub/OP/RFA/MOP97129/mop97129.rfa. The FTP service is presently down but is anticipated to be up in February, so please refer to the Agency Web Site in the interim.
