Responsibilities include developing new training systems and facilities to meet USAIC-ATD objectives; design modifications to existing intelligence training systems and facilities to extend functionality and to enhance performance; performance integration of intelligence training systems and facilities; apply the necessary levels of control and direction to coordinate, organize, plan, and schedule operations of ATD intelligence training systems and facilities. The aforementioned list is not all inclusive and represents only a sample of contractor responsibilities. Security considerations: The contractor shall have a facility clearance of Top Secret and approximately 80% of personnel will require a clearance of Top Secret with authorization to access Special Compartmented Information and the remaining 20% will require a clearance at the secret level.
