Yuen, (808) 474- 3385. Custodial Services for Makalapa, Richardson Center, Naval Station, and Navy Public Works Center, Pearl Harbor, Oahu, Hawaii. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, management, supervision, transportation, etc. necessary to clean miscellaneous administrative buildings. The work includes trash collection, floor care, heavy cleaning, window cleaning, and other custodial services. Start date is 1 August 1997. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months plus four option years. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 60 months. If the Government does not award a follow-on contract in time, the Government may require the Contractor to continue performance for an additional period up to six months under the Option to Extend Services clause. In either case, the Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. This contract will combine and replace three contracts for similar services awarded in 1992 for a combined award amount of $575,589 (firm fixed price) and $16,887 (indefinite quantity). We will include information about the current contracts and the incumbent contractors (e.g., contractor's name and address, value of last option exercised, etc.) with the solicitation package. We do not require requests under the Freedom of Information Act for this general information. SIC Code 7349 applies. The proposed contract is 100 percent set-aside for small businesses.
