The contractor shall provide all necessary material, labor, equipment, tools, supervision, parts, transportation, etc., necessary for construction of a new 75,000 gallon tank, well pump, diesal fire pump, and booster pump at the USDA, Subtropical Agricultural Research Station in Brooksville, Florida. The facility will serve as a water source for portable water and fire water. A separate well and pump house will be constructed also. The construction will also include: water circulating pumps, deep well vertical submersible turbine pump. The control systems shall indicate control functions, pressure, proportional quantities, permitted tolerances, system flow, etc. The contractor shall also be required to provide all necessary insurance, permits, fees etc., normally associated with this type of project according to the specification.
