Work includes demolition of a building, including electrical conduits, lighting, and transformer, removal of light poles and pad-mount transformer, relocation of a chain link fence and some utilities. Construction includes roadway with curbs and gutters, placing utilities (water, sewer, storm sewer) in bored pipes in separate sleeves under the taxiway, sanitary sewer lift station, and the new combined duct bank system. Signal duct will be only empty duct. Plans and specs available on or about 12 Feb 97 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted. Refer to IFB Number DACA67-97-B-0024 when ordering. If you are a large business and your bid or proposal will exceed $1,000,000 you will be required to submit a subcontracting plan.
