Contractor shall provide all material, equipment, tools, labor, etc., required to perform the work to maintain and repair existing pavements and to construct new pavements on Elmendorf AFB, AK. The pavements areas are: all base roads, parking lots, driveways, bike paths, golf cart paths, and the like, and all base airfield pavements, which includes all taxiways, runways, aprons, airfield roads, and hangar floors. The pavement work items include, but not limited to: asphalt and concrete paving, crack sealing, joint sealing, spall repairs, pothole repair, replace curbs and gutters, replace concrete sidewalks, pavements markings, base course and subbase work and others. Magnitude is more than $10,000,000.00. Solicitation will be made available on or about 24 Feb 97 with a BOD of 26 Mar 97. Project is to be awarded with a 365 day base year and one 365 day option year. Package will be sent upon written request.
