Remove and dispose of existing suspended ceiling systems/tiles/light fixtures. Prime and paint all building interior surfaces. Construction cost range: $775,000 to $825,000 Evaluation factors in addition to price will be considered as follows: 1. General experience; 2. Workload capacity. Contractor's failure to provide requested information will result in an evaluation of "poor" for all applicable areas not submitted.
