Work includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of controllers for two passenger elevators which serve five floors in Building #1. The contractor shall also upgrade the existing elevator controller for the passenger elevator in Building #14 to provide fire service operation in accordance with current codes. This elevator serves the two floors of Building #14. The work also includes the cleaning and lubrication of the existing elevator machinery, main rails, door tracks, and incidental related work. The estimated cost of this project is between $25k -$100k. SIC Code is 1796 and the performance time is 150 days from NTP.
