request suppliers to provide NTT with gener al referential information
on similar products or technology prior to procur ement of the
intended product (mentioned below) by NTT. This public notice is also
to request that any suppliers wishing to participate as a subcontrac
tor in the procurement program of this product should declare their
intentio ns to that effect. This public notice is not intended to
guarantee public n otification of procurement of the product. (1) Name:
Wind Energy Converter set (2) Overview: The product requested is a Wind
Energy Converter set that generates electricity using wind as its
energy source.This generator can be connected to a telecommunications
power supply, or to a general distribution network and used as a
grid-connection for AC power supplies, or as a stand-a lone D.C. power
supply.The system makes efficient use of renewable energy re sources.

include blades and tower, controlunits, supervisory units, and
electrical wiring. (3) Contents of RFI: NTT is inviting the following

above-mentioned system. This is not, h owever, a request for suppliers

etc. 2)Reference price (itemized and total sum) and terms : The total
price should include all materials and cost s for building the wind
generator system with grid connection. The itemized price should show,
for example, the price of the wind generator, grid connec tion unit,
interconnection power unit, receiving distribution power unit, re mote
supervisory unit and data-collection unit, etc., and the costs of
const ruction, installation, and transportation, etc. If the price
would differ ac cording to the area, we request that your proposal
include the price for eac h area. Ground conditions include both normal
soft ground. For soft ground, 15m stakes are needed. Any additional

Participating as a Subcontractor: Any suppliers wishing to partic ipate
as a subcontractor in the product procurement program of NTT, are requ
ested to supply NTT with the information listed below. After preparing
a li st of supplied information, NTT will provide the list to suppliers
who wish to be provided with it, to those who have responded to the
request for suppl y of the information listed and to those who have
purchased the PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTATION relating to procurement of the
product. NTT, however, will un dertake no responsibilies for any
outcomes arising from supply of the list, (i)Name of supplier,
