The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for the fabrication, test and delivery of sixteen (16) solar cell array panels and one (1) prototype panel with approximately 8000 gallium arsenide on germanium solar cells for the Navy Interim Control Module spacecraft in support of the NASA International Space Station effort. The required delivery of 01 February 1998 is extremely critical to the program. The solicitation will close 30 days after the solicitation issuance date.
