D -- ORACLE PROGRAMMING SERVICES SOL 97-1 DUE 032197 POC Freda McDonald, Contract Specialist, 202-273-4517 The United States Sentencing Commission (USSC) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide programmers to convert its database from FoxPro 2.5 for DOS to Oracle 7. The requirement is for a base plus one option year; however, the majority of the work will be required to be completed within 3 to 6 months of award (projected award date: May 23, 1997). The USSC database is used to collect data on cases sentenced pursuant to the Federal Sentencing Guidelines and all Class A misdemeanors and to disseminate this data to the interested Federal agencies, academicians, and other interested parties. The request for proposals will be issued on or about February 20, 1997 and will be due on or about March 21, 1997. This solicitation is unrestricted.
