Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), is seeking sources capable of providing, installing, and maintaining a 256 kbps, full duplex, full period synchronous network between Offutt AFB, NE, Scott AFB, IL, and Asheville, NC. The network will interface with Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), a network access device, at all three locations. Each trunk within the network must be capable of being upgraded to 512 kbps anytime during the life of the contract. The Asheville site must be capable of transmitting simultaneously to the Offutt AFB and Scott AFB locations. The proposed contract will be awarded for a term of one year with six, one-month options.
