Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, materials, supervision, and equipment necessary to provide preventive maintenance, quarterly inspection and tests, repair, and emergency call-back services for the water based fire protection systems at the VA Medical Center, 7305 North Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Florida 33410. The three systems consist of (1) main medical center building, (2) nursing home care unit, and (3) the fisher house. These systems are to be maintained in accordance with the current edition of NFPA 25 and the manufacturer's specifications as well as JCAHO requirements. Period of performance is April 1, 1997 through September 30, 1997, with the possibility of four option years. SIC -- 7389. Solicitation documents will be available on or about February 14, 1997.
