R -- ANALYSIS OF DATA FROM THE RESIDENCY TRAINING PROGRAM SOL HRSA-BHPR-97-B31500 DUE 021097 POC Alexandra B. Garcia The purpose of this procurement is to conduct a analysis of previously collected data. The data shall be analyze to determined the extent to which residency training programs in psychiatry, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynecology provide primary care medical education and training in substance abuse, and the extent to which their faculty of primary care physicians are prepared to provide substance abuse medical education. According to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, the Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Center for Addiction Research and Education, University of Wisconsin -- Madison, 777 S. Mill Street, Madison, Wisconsin. The University of Wisconsin -- Madison is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
