Garcia The purpose of this procurement is to conduct monthly conference calls with a work groups from NASTAD and HRSA AIDS Program Office. The contractor shall coordinate communication with State Aids Directors and HRSA's Workgroup; prepare and dessiminate summary reports following each conference; conduct oral and written communication with HRSA AIDS Program Office; compile background information on topics for the meeting agenda; prepare a paper describing technical assistance and methods for disseminating technical assistance; revise paper as necessary and finalize. According to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, the Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the National Alliance of State and Territorial AIDS Directors (NASTAD), 444 North Capitol Street, NW, Suite 706, Washington, DC 20001. The NASTAD is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is five months.
