The Office of Naval Research intends to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the provision of management and administrative support services in support of the National Oceanographic Partnership Program (NOP) Office. Support will include examining and recommending partnership mechanisms; drafting reports; documentation of the NOPP Leadership Council's activities; communication and outreach to the oceanographic community; administrative support in the assessment of oceanographic data centers; facilitate the processing of contract actions; administrative support services to include preparing correspondence and travel orders; and coordinating and facilitating meetings. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 8741 applies with size standard not to exceed $5 million average annual receipts over a 3-year period. It is expected that the RFP will include a one-year base period, and four 12-month option periods.
