Maintenance Services include furnishing all plant, materials, equipment, supplies, labor, and transportation necessary to perform the work. The work shall consist of mowing and trimming grass and spraying unwanted vegetation with an approved herbicide; trash removal; maintenance of trails; maintenance of a landscaped area; tree, shrub and woody vegetation removal; cleaning and sanitary maintenance services for restrooms, vault toilets, satellite privies, and changehouse; cleaning and maintenance of recreation equipment and recreation areas; and cleaning of floating debris near the reservoir intake structure. Period of service will be for a basic year plus 2 option years. Option years will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Contractor is encouraged to investigate the work sites to ascertain conditions of topography, access, and other features which may affect performance of work and to determine equipment needs. This procurement is One Hundred Percent (100%) set-aside for small business concerns. SIC Code -- 8744; the Small Business Size Standard for this procurement is $20 million average annual receipts for the previous 3 fiscal years.
