Lodging-The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for the lodging of Coast Guard crewmen while their assigned vessel is undergoing repairs/overhaul at the Coast Guard YARD. Area of location shall be within a 10 mile radius of the Coast Guard YARD. 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, Maryland-Lodging requirements are for approximately 42 singles and 271 doubles covering 203 days. A firm-fixed-price requirements contract for one year, with one option year is anticipated. Performance under this contract shall be scheduled by placing orders with the contractor. Duration of the contract period is expected to be from approximately 1 March 1997 through 28 February 1998, with the option year beginning 1 March 1998 and ending 28 February 1999.
