Construction shall be wood framing with wood trusses, brick veneer, and standing seal metal roofing. Interior finishes shall be carpeted, vinyl composition tile, acoustical ceiling tile and grid, and painted. Work shall include sitework, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work as required. This acquisition will be issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this acquisition is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining small business size, SIC is 1542, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million. Estimated range of this project is $250,000 and $500,000. Period of performance is 150 calendar days.
